SHIPPING AND DELIVERY:
We ship all our orders with USPS Ground Advantage, which is approximately 2-5 business days delivery time from the date of shipment. You will receive a notification as soon as your order has been shipped with access to tracking through Etsy. We have a 1-3 day processing time prior to the ship date.
In the case that your sticker is Lost or Delayed, feel free to message us and we'll do whatever we can to help locate or replace it. We want you to be able to enjoy your new sticker!
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are not permitted. If your item arrives damaged, we'll get a new one sent right away, so please let us know! We do allow cancellations if we haven't yet shipped your order. If you encounter a problem, please contact us at info@summerstokes.com!
